Return policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Before you return an item to DeForest Press, you must first call to get a return authorization number. Return instructions will be provided when you call.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

We gladly accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Phone and online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
